Who sells the toolkits

The toolkits are sold by Sam Vicker, trading as APEX Sports Consultancy & Mentoring. APEX is currently operated as a sole-trader business. Purchases are processed and delivered through Payhip. Questions about an order can be sent to hello@apexsportsmentoring.co.uk.

Products and delivery

APEX toolkits are one off digital purchases. Individual toolkits are £29 each. The Complete PE Lead Toolkit Bundle, containing all ten school toolkits, is £199. Resources are supplied as editable Word documents and printable PDF versions unless the product page says otherwise.

• No physical product is posted.
• No subscription is created.
• Files are made available through Payhip after payment is completed.
• The product description shown before checkout confirms the files and licence included in that purchase.

Licence types

Each purchase grants one non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. The licence follows the audience named on the product page.

Single-school licence

A school toolkit may be edited, printed and shared internally within one named purchasing school, including with staff, governors and people directly supporting that school.

Single-provider organisation licence

A provider toolkit may be used internally by one purchasing legal organisation. It may be used by that organisation’s employed or contracted delivery workforce and applied during services delivered to its own clients. Completed outputs may be shared with a client where this is necessary for the service, but the editable APEX source templates must not be given to a client for independent reuse.

Individual coach licence

An individual coach toolkit may be used personally by the named purchaser in their own planning, delivery and development. It must not be uploaded to an employer’s shared library or circulated across a workforce.

All licence holders may not

• resell, sublicense, publish or upload the source resources to a public or shared library outside the permitted licence;
• present the templates as their own product;
• remove APEX copyright or ownership notices from the source resources; or
• share editable masters with another school, organisation, client or individual who is not covered by the purchase.

Trusts, groups and wider use

A single-provider organisation licence covers one purchasing legal entity, its own workforce and its work with its own clients. It does not cover a franchise network, group of separate companies or onward distribution of editable masters.

Multi-academy trusts, school groups, local authorities, franchise networks and groups of separate legal entities need a wider licence. Email hello@apexsportsmentoring.co.uk with the number of schools, organisations or intended users for a clear quotation.

Cancellations, refunds and product problems

Digital downloads are normally supplied immediately. Where you expressly agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that downloading begins straight away, the statutory right to cancel may be lost once the download starts.

This does not affect your legal rights if the digital content is faulty, materially different from its description or is not supplied. If a file is missing, corrupted or cannot be opened, contact APEX so the issue can be investigated and a working copy provided where appropriate.

If you purchased in error and have not downloaded the files, contact APEX promptly with the order email address and Payhip receipt.

Professional responsibility

The toolkit supports review, evidence organisation and improvement planning. It does not replace current Department for Education guidance, legal advice, financial advice, safeguarding procedures or the professional judgement of school leaders. Schools remain responsible for approving decisions, spending and published evidence.
