Who is responsible for your information
Sam Vicker, trading as APEX Sports Consultancy & Mentoring, is responsible for personal information collected through this website and through direct enquiries. APEX is currently operated as a sole-trader business.
Contact: hello@apexsportsmentoring.co.uk or 07748 904262.
Information APEX may collect
- your name, email address, telephone number, role and organisation;
- information you choose to provide about a school, provider, coaching role or support requirement;
- purchase and order information supplied through Payhip;
- form responses and communication preferences recorded through HubSpot; and
- basic technical and security information generated when the website or embedded forms are used.
APEX does not ask website visitors to provide special-category personal data through website enquiry or Health Check forms.
Why the information is used
- to send a requested Health Check or resource;
- to answer an enquiry and discuss requested support;
- to process, deliver and support a toolkit purchase;
- to maintain purchase and licence records;
- to send relevant updates where consent has been given; and
- to keep the website and forms secure and working correctly.
The lawful basis depends on the activity: consent is used for optional marketing; steps requested before a contract and performance of a contract are used for purchases and requested services; and legitimate interests may be used for proportionate administration, security and responding to business enquiries.
How long information is kept
Information is kept only for as long as it is needed for the purpose described above. The period is determined by whether an enquiry remains active, whether a purchase or licence record must be retained for legal or accounting purposes, and whether consent for updates remains in place. Marketing records are removed or suppressed when consent is withdrawn.
Your information rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to processing. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by using an unsubscribe link or contacting APEX.
A request can be made using hello@apexsportsmentoring.co.uk. APEX may need to confirm identity before releasing or changing personal information.
